We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at info@caninecashmere.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please note that once your order has been collected by the selected courier service, Canine Cashmere is no longer liable for the package.  You will need to contact the delivery service directly for any inquiries or rescheduling.
